Whether he's behind the controls of a machine or planning the next big project, Andrew leads with integrity, skill, and a deep respect for the land. When he’s off the clock, you’ll find him mountain biking, backcountry snowboarding, or spending time on the river with his girlfriend Christina. His passion for the outdoors and hard work shows in every job we take on.

Laborer/Operator

Trevin is a hardworking and reliable member of our crew, bringing energy and precision to every job site. As a skilled laborer and equipment operator, he takes pride in doing things right the first time and making sure projects run smoothly. When he's not moving dirt or running machinery, Trevin loves getting outdoors—whether it's rock climbing, hiking , or just enjoying time with his girlfriend. His adventurous spirit and strong work ethic make him a valuable part of our team.

Laborer

Simon brings dedication and a detail-oriented approach to every project he works on. As a laborer and operator, he’s known for his steady hands and problem-solving mindset on the job site. Outside of work, Simon enjoys baking, exploring hiking trails, and traveling with his girlfriend. His positive attitude and passion for learning make him a key part of our team.

Chief Dig Officer

As digging specialist and Andrew's loyal companion, Banjo brings an unparalleled enthusiasm to the team. You'll often find him conducting important "sniff inspections" around the office or diligently supervising from his favorite sunbeam. His primary responsibilities include ensuring optimal belly rub distribution, enthusiastically greeting all visitors, and reminding everyone of the importance of regular snack breaks.
